BloxiieStore sells virtual digital items only. We do not ship any physical goods. All deliveries are completed entirely online through the Roblox platform.
How delivery works
After your order is confirmed and payment is processed, our team will reach out to you using the contact information provided at checkout to arrange delivery. Delivery is completed through standard Roblox in-game mechanics such as trading or direct transfer.
- You must be online and available in Roblox at an agreed time to receive your item.
- Your Roblox account must have trades enabled and appropriate privacy settings to allow transfers.
- You are responsible for providing your correct Roblox username at checkout.
Delivery timeframe
Most orders are delivered within a few hours of purchase. In some cases, delivery may take up to 48 hours depending on item availability and scheduling. If you have not been contacted within 48 hours of your purchase, please reach out to us.
Failed delivery
If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons on our end (such as item unavailability), we will notify you promptly. If you are unresponsive or unavailable for delivery after multiple contact attempts, your order may be forfeited without a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.
International orders
Since all products are virtual and delivered online, we accept orders from anywhere in the world. There are no geographic restrictions, customs fees, or import duties associated with your purchase.
